The rooms are comfortable, a king size bed and air conditioning for those warm South African summer days. Every room has its own personal viewing deck with a view of the wildlife coming to drink at the lodge dam of which was plentiful. The giraffe bending down to quench its thirst was a personal high-light. Gunther was a knowledgeable field guide on our many game drives ensuring that all guests receive personal attention. The game drives are fun and filled with information about the sites and sounds in the bush. The big-five reside in Dinokeng and I’ve seen elephants and lions. Lot’s of buck and birds can be seen.
