  Have travelled extensively across South Africa. Found this gem of a self-catering lodge just 80 km from home. From arrival to departure our attentive hosts Gunther and Anita made us… read more feel welcome, ensuring that the little details not normally attended to by other places of accommodation was attended to without us asking. The rooms are comfortable, a king size bed and air conditioning for those warm South African summer days. Every room has its own personal viewing deck with a view of the wildlife coming to drink at the lodge dam of which was plentiful. The giraffe bending down to quench its thirst was a personal high-light. Gunther was a knowledgeable field guide on our many game drives ensuring that all guests receive personal attention. Indeed a home away from home. Will be visiting again soon.

Their is also a pool in the lodge to cool off from those hot days.
